Email support@oritavo.com from the address on your Oritavo account. We aim to respond within one business day, and faster during exam weeks — we know what a broken assessment on exam day feels like.
What to include
The assessment title or access code, roughly when the problem happened, and what you expected versus what you saw. For student-side issues, the student's username helps us trace the exact attempt. Never include passwords — we will never ask for one.
Account recovery
If you signed up with Google or Yahoo, recover access through that provider and your Oritavo session will follow. For password accounts, contact support from your account email and we'll verify ownership before any change is made.
